These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SketchDXF – CAD Converter mobile application (the "App") operated by JCS Lasertech ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JCS Lasertech. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.
SketchDXF – CAD Converter is an AI-powered mobile application that converts photographs of hand-drawn engineering sketches into DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) files suitable for use in CAD software such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, and LibreCAD.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on your personal device solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at info@jcs-lasertech.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Scan allowances reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused scans do not roll over.
Your content: You retain full ownership of your sketch photographs and the DXF files generated from them. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process your sketches through our AI pipeline solely to provide the service.
Our content: The App, its design, code, logo, and all associated intellectual property are owned by JCS Lasertech. "SketchDXF" is a trademark of JCS Lasertech. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App integrates third-party services including Anthropic Claude AI, Supabase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JCS LASERTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR FROM ERRORS IN AI-GENERATED DXF FILES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JCS Lasertech, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your use of AI-generated DXF outputs in manufacturing or other applications without independent verification.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including Sections 7, 10, 11, and 12.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of jurisdiction in India.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek resolution through your local consumer protection authority.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JCS Lasertech regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
